Connect to an 'event'

Connect the following to an event and give me the reason behind each picture being a reference to the 'event'

Lateral Connect
Correctly cracked by Aman Oberoi & Vinay Parnami
ANSWER: The answer to the question is "The Ball of the Century" bowled by Shane Warne to dismiss Mike Gatting in the Ashes of 1993. The match was played at Old Trafford Cricket Stadium in Manchester, England.
The first picture is a representation of Magnus Effect which causes an object to "swerve" in air. The ball swerved and drifted towards the leg stump of Gatting, turned and bounced on pitching and broke through his defence.
The second picture is a logo of the Lancashire County Cricket Club which plays its home games at Old Trafford Cricket Stadium.
The third picture is an album cover of a band called The Duckworth Lewis Method who composed a track called "jiggery pokery" on the ball of the century. You can listen to the track here: http://bit.ly/b0Lcru
The fourth picture is of the coat of arms of the city of manchester.
The fifth is a lateral connect to the ashes. I don't think its got anything to do with The Ashes (Test Series)

BTW, you can have a look at the ball here: http://bit.ly/Q5W1W
